Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Kami Redd Branding, you agree to the following terms and policies, which are in place to maintain professionalism, respect, and clarity on both sides of the working relationship. All services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Each session, workshop, or product reflects the time, expertise, and intellectual property provided. Please read all descriptions carefully prior to booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you are selecting the correct service or program for your needs. Time is valuable. If you arrive late to a session, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, that time is considered forfeited. One reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a loss of that session, unless due to emergency and approved on a case-by-case basis. All consultations are held virtually via Zoom unless otherwise stated. Please arrive prepared with any documents or questions needed to make the most of your time. Monthly service clients must remain in good standing by making payments on time. Missed payments will result in a pause of services. If a monthly subscription is canceled, you will retain access to any materials already delivered but will lose access to ongoing benefits immediately upon cancellation. Digital products and self-paced courses are delivered electronically. Access is granted for the life of the product, but unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited. By purchasing a product or service, you agree not to reproduce, resell, or distribute materials without written consent. Kami Redd reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, and policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and honored for existing clients based on their current agreements.
